TOMS partnered with ID4D to create TOMS ID, a campaign built on the belief that identity is the first step toward equality. With over 1.5 billion people lacking legal documentation, the initiative aimed to provide digital IDs that would open access to basic human rights, such as education and healthcare. Each pair of TOMS ID shoes featured a fingerprint-patterned sole symbolizing individuality and the power of being seen. Every purchase helped ID4D expand access to identification in underprivileged communities, turning everyday steps into progress toward peace and justice.
